edYOUsched at BRHS

This year, the high school will be using the online tool edYOUsched for managing student appointments during support study time.  This tool allows teachers to “tag” students they need to see during support study and notifies those students through a student portal as well as via email.

To get started, visit our school’s edYOUsched home page and click on the Teacher Dashboard tab. You will be prompted to log in with your school email address. There is a default password that was sent to you, but it’s a good idea to create your own unique password once you have logged in. Click on the Account Settings link to change your password.

You should now be at the Teacher Dashboard. Click on Tag Student and click on the day of the week you want the student to come to you during support study. Then find the student’s name in the pull down menu or type it in the box. Choose the task type and type a description if you wish. Then click submit. Remember, you can’t tag a student more than a week in advance, and students should be tagged by 4:00 P.M. the day before you want them to report to you. 

To see which students you have tagged and which students are tagged from your advisory group, click on the Manage Tags tab.
